文章从病机认识、临证经验、验案举例等方面系统阐述了张晓杰教授从肝论治皮肤病的学术思想。病机方面,张教授认为肝主调畅情志、肝为气血调节之枢与皮肤病发病关系密切。基本治法有疏肝、清肝、养肝以及三法交叉配合应用,就皮肤科常见病银屑病、慢性荨麻疹、青春期后痤疮、带状疱疹后遗神经痛、黄褐斑从肝论治的经验,做了详细介绍。

From the understanding of pathogenesis, clinical experience and analysis of the proven cases, the article systematically expounds the academic thoughts of professor ZHANG Xiao-jie on the treatment of skin disease from the liver. From the pathogenesis, professor ZHANG believes that the incidence of skin diseases is closely related to liver governing emotion and the liver is the center to regulate qi and blood. The basic therapy includes dispersing liver, clearing liver-fire, nourishing the liver and cross application of these three methods. This article introduces the treatment of common dermatology diseases such as psoriasis, chronic urticaria, acne after puberty, postherpetic neuralgia and chloasma from theory of liver.
