中药复方治疗缺血性脑卒中的物质基础研究思路

Thoughts of studying material base of Chinese herbal compound prescribe in treatment of ischemic stroke

随着生活水平的提高、人口老龄化的加剧,脑卒中以其高发病率、高致残率严重危害中老年人的身体健康。中药尤其是复方治疗脑卒中疗效确切,但其作用的物质基础不明。文章就近年来治疗脑卒中的神经保护药及结合中药物质基础研究中常用的方法(血清药物化学法)作简单阐述,提出了治疗脑卒中中药复方的物质基础研究思路,为进一步研究与开发出临床效果好、市场前景广阔的治疗脑卒中的中药复方提供参考。

with the improvement of living standards and the increase of population aging, stroke（high incidence, high disability rate） seriously influences the health of the elderly. The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine, especially Chinese herbal compound prescribe in the treatment of stroke is definite, but its material basis is still unknown. The neuroprotective drugs and the combination of the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of stroke in recent years are described in this article. The article also proposed the material base research ideas of Chinese herbal compound prescribe in treating brain stroke, in order to provide a reference for further research and development of Chinese herbal compound prescribes with good curative effect and extensive market prospect.
