Traditional Chinese medicine which has far-reaching classical theories is extensive and profound. The Yinyang theory is the important philosophical thought, which is throughout the basic and clinical Chinese medicine. This paper explained and stated the sentence of ‘Yang Hua Qi, Yin Cheng Xing’ in the book of the Inner Canon of Huangdi from physiology and pathology of human bodies, natural and social phenomena, thinking methods and so on. It showed the endless implication and great guiding value of the classical theories such as the Yin-yang theory.
