复方芦荟乳膏对豚鼠日晒伤的研究

Effects of Compound Aloe Cream on sunburn in Guinea pigs

目的:研究自制复方芦荟乳膏对豚鼠日晒伤的治疗作用。方法:采用SUV-1000日光紫外模拟器为辐射装置照射豚鼠脱毛区制备豚鼠中度日晒伤模型。雌性白化豚鼠72只,随机分成6组,分别为模型组、芦荟晒伤膏空白基质组、京万红组、复方芦荟乳膏低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组。连续给药7d,每天3次,每次用药量约为0.14g。给药7d后,测量并计算创面愈合率,并进行组织病理学检查。结果:芦荟晒伤膏空白基质组、京万红组、复方芦荟乳膏低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组创面愈合率与模型组比较均有显著提高(P<0.01),复方芦荟乳膏高剂量组与市售京万红组无显著性差异。结论:复方芦荟乳膏对豚鼠日晒伤有治疗作用,且具有色泽浅、中药味淡、清爽不油腻等优点。

Objective： To study the therapeutic effects of self-made Compound Aloe Cream on sunburn in Guinea pigs. Methods： Guinea pig models with moderate sunburn were established by exposure to lights produced by SUV-1000 Solar UV Simulator. A total of 72 female albino Guinea pigs were randomly divided into 6 groups： model group, aloe sunburn cream with matrix control group, Jingwanhong Ointment group, and Compound Aloe Cream groups of low dosage, medium dosage and high dosage. Models were dosed with 0.14 g drugs 3 times a day for 7 days. The healing rate was measured and histopathology examination was conducted. Results： There were significant differences between other groups and the model group（P〈0.01）, with no difference between the high-dosage Compound Aloe Cream group and the Jingwanhong Ointment group. Conclusion： Compound Aloe Cream has a good therapeutic effect on sunburn in Guinea pigs, with advantages such as light color, faint smell of Chinese medicine, light and not oily texture.
