摘要
目的:探讨眩晕定颗粒对家兔气虚血瘀型后循环缺血性眩晕模型的脑干听觉诱发电位的影响。方法:建立实验性气虚血瘀型后循环缺血性眩晕家兔模型,以西比灵为西药对照药,眩晕宁为中药对照药,并与眩晕定方汤剂进行比较,观察眩晕定颗粒干预前后脑干听觉诱发电位波峰潜伏期(PL)及峰间潜伏期(IPL)的改变情况。结果:眩晕定颗粒作用于气虚血瘀型后循环缺血性眩晕动物模型后,其波峰潜伏期Ⅴ波为(5.08±0.18)ms,峰间潜伏期Ⅰ-Ⅴ波为(3.85±0.19)ms,与模型组比较潜伏期明显缩短(P<0.01);眩晕定颗粒、眩晕定汤剂、西比灵各组潜伏期Ⅴ波比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:眩晕定颗粒可改善脑干听觉诱发电位波峰及峰间潜伏期。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Xuanyunding Granule on brainstem auditory evoked potential in model rabbits with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo(PCIV) and qi deficiency and blood stasis. Methods: The PCIV rabbit models with qi deficiency and blood stasis were established. Rabbits in contrast groups were given Sibelium(Western medicine), Xuanyunding Granule(traditional Chinese medicine) and Xuanyunding Decoction. The effects of Xuanyunding Granule on peak latency(PL) and interpeak latency(IPL) of brainstem auditory evoked potential of these models were evaluated. Results: The PL V wave in rabbits in the Xuanyunding Graunle group was(5.08±0.18)ms after treatment and the IPL I-V wave was(3.85±0.19) ms, which were significantly shorter compared with those before treatment(P〈0.01). While the difference of latency V waves in groups using the Xuanyunding Granule, the Xuanyunding Decoction and Sibelium had no statistical significance. Conclusion: Xuanyunding Granule can improve PL and IPL of the brainstem auditory evoked potential.
