长沙地区高血压病实证证素分布规律浅析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨长沙市区高血压病患者实证证素分布规律。方法:选择2014年6月至2015年2月期间在湖南中医药大学第一附属医院心血管内科的住院患者,同时兼顾性选择患者现居住地属于长沙市5个行政区共146例,根据证素调查表结果,分析长沙地区高血压病患者实证证素分布规律。结果:实证证素以痰浊>瘀血>阳亢>气滞为主,青年患者以阳亢为主;中年患者以瘀血为主;老年患者以痰浊为主。1级原发性高血压患者以阳亢为主;2级原发性高血压患者以瘀血为主;3级高血压患者以痰浊为主。结论:原发性高血压患者青、中年以气滞,痰瘀互结为主;老年以痰浊为主。 Objective: To investigate the distribution regularity of excess syndrome element of hypertension in Changsha region. Methods: One hundred and forty-six patients from the internal medicine-cardiovascular department of First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Medical University from June 2014 to February 2014, and their current place of residences belonged to the five boroughs of Changsha city were selected. According to the survey results, the distribution regularity of excess syndrome element of hypertension in Changsha region was analyzed. Results: The main excess syndrome element were turbid phlegm〉static blood〉hyperactivity of yang〉qi stagnation, and the hyperactivity of yang was the main syndrome element in young patients; the static blood was the main syndrome element in middle age patients; the turbid phlegm was the main syndrome element in elderly patients. The hyperactivity of yang was the main syndrome element in 1 grade essential hypertension; the static blood was the main syndrome element in 2 grade essential hypertension; the turbid phlegm was the main syndrome element in 3 grade essential hypertension. Conclusion: The qi stagnation and intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis were the main syndrome element in youth and middle age patients with essential hypertension; the turbid phlegm was the main syndrome element in elderly patients.
