穴位注射黄芪注射液对临终期癌症患者生活质量的影响：一项中墨联合临床研究

Effects of acupoint injection of astragalus injection on quality of life of cancer patients in palliative care setting: A joint clinical trial between China and Mexico

目的:观察足三里穴位注射黄芪注射液对临终期癌症患者生活质量的影响。方法:将墨西哥国立肿瘤医院临终关怀科32例患者随机分成两组,A组13例,B组19例。两组均在双侧足三里穴进行穴位注射。A组采用先黄芪注射液后0.9%氯化钠溶液穴位注射各3次,B组采用先0.9%氯化钠溶液后黄芪注射液穴位注射各3次。两组均每周注射1次,共6次。每次治疗结束后采用QLQ-C30量表进行疲劳相关项评分。结果:穴位注射黄芪注射液能显著降低临终期癌症患者的QLQ-C30疲劳症状评分(P<0.01),而穴位注射0.9%氯化钠溶液对疲劳症状评分无显著影响。治疗期间的前3周和后3周,黄芪注射液降低QLQ-C30疲劳症状评分的百分比高于0.9%氯化钠溶液(P<0.01)。结论:足三里穴位注射黄芪注射液可有效缓解临终期癌症患者的疲劳症状,改善患者的生活质量,值得在临终关怀中推广应用。

Objective： To observe the effects of acupoint injection of astragalus injection at Zusanli（ST36） on quality of life of cancer patients in palliative care setting. Methods： A total of 32 cancer patients in palliative care setting of National Cancerology Institute of Mexico were enrolled. All the patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 13 cases in Group A and 19 cases in Group B. A crossover design was applied with each patient being treated with acupoint injection at ST36. Group A were treated with astragalus injection first, followed by normal saline, while patients in Group B were reverse. All the patients were treated once a week, 6 sessions in total. The fatigue symptom scale of QLQ-C30 was used to evaluate the scores of fatigue after each session. Results： Acupoint injection of astragalus injection at ST36 significantly decreased the fatigue scores in cancer patients（P〈0.01）. There were no significant differences in fatigue scores after acupoint injection of normal saline. The percent variation of the fatigue scores induced by astragalus injection was significantly higher than that by normal saline（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Acupoint injection of astragalus injection at ST36 effectively relieves the symptom of fatigue and improves the survival quality of patients with advanced cancer, worthy of promotion in palliative care service.
