稳消Ⅲ号方对颈动脉粥样硬化患者不稳定斑块、脂质代谢及踝臂指数的作用

Effects of Wenxiao Ⅲ Decoction on plaque instability, lipids metabolism and ankle brachial index in patients with carotid atherosclerotic

目的:观察稳消Ⅲ号方对颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS)不稳定斑块、脂质代谢、踝臂指数(ABI)的作用。方法:将98例CAS伴不稳定斑块患者随机分为两组,每组49例。对照组给予基础治疗,治疗组在基础治疗同时加用稳消Ⅲ号方。两组疗程均为24周,观察治疗前后颈动脉斑块状况、血脂水平及ABI变化。结果:治疗组治疗后的颈动脉斑块状况、血脂水平及ABI均较本组治疗前明显改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组各指标改善情况均明显优于对照组同期(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:稳消Ⅲ号不仅可以减少CAS不稳定斑块形成,还可以改善脂质代谢,降低踝臂指数,从而起到延缓动脉硬化、减少斑块的作用。

Objective： To observe the effects of Wenxiao I I Decoction on plaque instability, lipids metabolism and ankle brachial index in patients with carotid atherosclerotic（CAS）. Methods： Ninety-eight patients with CAS unstable plaque were randomly divided into two groups, forty-nine cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated by routine therapy, while patients in treatment group, based on the routine therapy, were treated by Wenxiao Ⅲ Decoction, with a treatment course of 24 weeks. The characteristic, size and number of plaque, blood lipid levels and ankle brachial index were detected before and after treatment. Results： There were significant improvement in carotid atherosclerotic plaque, blood lipid levels and ankle brachial index between two groups（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）, and the above indexes in the treatment group were more significantly than that in the control group（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Wenxiao Ⅲ Decoction could alleviate the development of unstable plaque in CAS, improve lipid metabolism, decrease ankle brachial index, and to improve arteriosclerosis and decrease unstable carotid plaque.
