本文基于实证分析的方法从供给、需求等方面对南京钟山风景区的餐饮市场现状进行了研究。针对实地调研过程中景区餐饮存在的问题提出了相应的开发对策。

This study examines the present situation of food and beverage market in Nanjing Zhongshan Mountain National Park from aspects of the supply and demand based on the empirical analysis method.The study puts forward the corresponding development countermeasure for the existing problem of food and beverage in scenic spot.
