摘要
冰雹作为常见天气现象,常损伤甚至击穿汽车挡风玻璃,为此,对其冲击汽车夹层玻璃的研究有重要意义。本文采用ABAQUS软件模拟了固支和简支下夹层玻璃和等效玻璃受冰雹低速冲击的过程。结果表明:在夹层玻璃正面上的Mises应力分布较广,且关于中心冲击点对称,还在厚度方向上分布不均匀,其中PVB夹层上的应力远小于玻璃上的;等效玻璃上的Mises应力分布表现为"应力集中",冲击点周围区域的Mises应力远远大于其它区域;冰雹冲击夹层玻璃时,冲击点处的动态响应与板边的支撑方式无关。根据矩形板受弹丸冲击的理论计算了冰雹在中心冲击等效玻璃模型时冲击点的挠度。结果表明:按弹丸冲击平板来计算的等效玻璃板冲击点的挠度与模拟的厚度方向上的位移相近。
Hail, as a common weather phenomena, always damage or breakthrough the Auto Windshield, so, the study of the laminated class impacted by hail is really significant. In this paper, the ABAQUS software is used to simulate the processes of clamped and simply supported laminated glass and the process of equivalent glass, which is impacted by the hail. Analyzing the results of simulation, find that Mises stress widely distribute in the laminated glass, Mises stress distribution is symmetrical about impact center point and also asymmetric in thickness direction, and the Mises stress on PVB is far less than it on the glass; Mises stress distribution on the equivalent glass show "the concentration of stress", the Mises stress surrounding the impact point is much larger than other regions ; analyze the response problem of the impact point on the laminated class under the impact of hail can see can draw a conclusion that peripheral supports is not affect for the stress distribution. According to the theoretical calculation methods for rectangular plate impacted by projectile, calculating the impact point deflection when the equivalent glass model centrally impacted by hail, the results show that the impact point deflection calculation according to the theoretical calculation methods for rectangular plate impacted by projectile is approximately of displacement on the direction of the thickness in Simulation.
