摘要
云南某煤矸石矿含少量黄铁矿成分,其含量为12.84%,通过浮选试验对其综合回收。在对煤矸石矿石性质研究的基础上进行粗选条件试验,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm 91.78%的情况下,用硫酸将矿浆pH值调至5左右,并以硫酸铜、丁黄药和2~#油分别作活化剂、捕收剂和起泡剂进行开路试验和闭路试验,最终黄铁矿精矿指标为:产率6.91%,黄铁矿含量83.96%,回收率45.15%。所得黄铁矿精矿达到国家优等品I级标准,为该煤矸石矿中黄铁矿的回收利用提供了技术支持。
A small amount (12. 84% ) of pyrite was contained in a coal-gangue mine from Yunnan Province, and tests were carried out to recover the pyrite by flotation. Based on the study of properties with the coal-gangue ore, the roughing conditions test, as the grinding fineness was - O. 074 mm taking up 91.78% and pulp pH was adjusted to approximately 5 by sulfate, were performed when taking copper sulfate as an activator, butyl xanthate as a collector, pine oil as a frother respectively. And then corresponding experiments referring to an open-circuit and a closed-circuit were conducted. Finally the concentration was obtained with yield 6.91%, pyrite content 83.96%, recovery 45.15%. The pyrite concentration were premium products reaching the nationally grade I standard, which provided technical support for the recovery and utilization of pyrite in the coal-gangue.
