摘要
某电厂粉煤灰中含有莫来石、石膏、石英、板钛矿、赤铁矿以及未完全燃烧的碳质,其中莫来石的含量为51%,试验对其进行回收。通过试验研究,采取预先脱碳、一次粗选、两次反浮选的浮选流程可以得到氧化铝含量为52.29%、回收率为79.65%的莫来石精矿,试验结果较为理想,可为粉煤灰的综合回收利用提供一种新的途径。
The fly ash from thermal power plant contains mullite, gypsum, quartz, brookite, hematite and incomplete burned carbonaceous, in which mullite accounts for 51%. The tests were carried out to recover the mullite. Through the process of pre-de-carbonization test, one roughing test and two reverse flotation on the fly ash, mullite concentrate with Al2O3 grade 52.29% , recovery 79.65% was gained. Generally speaking, the test is too effective and provides a new way for comprehensive recycling and utilization of fly ash
