摘要
首先对换挡提示功能的节油原理和控制策略进行研究,然后在试验车辆上实现换挡提示功能并进行节油效果测试。结果表明,在NEDC和FTP循环中采用换挡提示功能后分别节油4.8%和4.4%,相当于熟练驾驶员的水平,说明换挡提示功能匹配合理。为达到量产的要求,还进行换挡提示功能对排放和车载诊断影响的研究,结果表明换挡提示功能对整车排放几乎没有影响,重新标定车载诊断条件后各项诊断均符合法规要求。
The fuel saving principle and control strategies of shifting prompt function are studied first. Then shift prompts are implemented on test vehicle with their fuel saving effects measured. The results show that after shift prompts are adopted,fuel consumptions are reduced by 4. 8% and 4. 4% in NEDC cycle and FTP cycle respectively,equivalent to the level the skilled driver can achieve,demonstrating the reasonable matching of shifting prompt function. For meeting the requirements of mass production,the effects of shifting prompts on emissions and on-board diagnosis are also studied,with a result indicating that shifting prompts hardly affect the emissions of vehicle and all items of diagnosis accord with the requirements of regulation after diagnosis conditions are calibrated anew.
