铸膜液温度和预蒸发时间对玉米秸秆纤维素膜性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用多聚甲醛/二甲基亚砜为溶剂溶解玉米秸秆纤维素,纤维素质量分数为6.5%,改变铸膜液温度以及预蒸发时间进行刮膜,以水为凝固浴,得到玉米秸秆纤维素膜.采用紫外可见分光光度计、万能材料试验机和水通量测试对膜进行表征,得出最佳铸膜液温度为20℃和最佳预蒸发时间为30min,此时膜的拉伸强度为58.75MPa,断裂伸长率为22.49%,且所制备的膜具有较好的透光性. Corn straw cellulose was dissolved in paraformaldehyde/dimethyl sulfoxide to prepare the membrane by changing the casting solution temperature and pre-evaporation time. The mass fraction of corn straw cellulose was 6.5% and the coagulation bath was water. The properties of membrane were characterized by uv-vis spectrophotometer, universal material testing machine and pure water flux. The results showed that the optimum temperature of casting solution was 20 ~C and the optimum preevaporation time was 30 min. The tensile strength was 58.75 MPa and the breaking elongation rate was 22.49%. The transparency was good for the corn straw cellulose membrane prepared at 20 ℃ and preevaporated for 30 min.
