HP β-CD-Triclosan抗菌医用棉纱布的制备及性能

摘要 以柠檬酸为交联剂将羟丙基β-环糊精(HPβ-CD)接枝到棉纱布上,利用HPβ-CD的包合性对三氯生(Triclosan)进行包合,制备抗菌棉纱布,并对棉纱布的性能进行了测试.结果表明:HPβ-CD接枝整理后棉纱布的拉伸断裂强力稍有降低,但仍符合医用纱布的强力要求;每千克抗菌棉纱布的Triclosan含量为(623.08±19.18)mg,在37℃的磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)中能持续释放24h;对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率分别为(99.09±0.44)%和(99.51±0.36)%,抗菌性能良好. Hydroxypropyl β-cyclodextrin(HP β- CD) was grafted onto medical cotton gauze with citric acid as crosslinking agent. Then the antibacterial cotton gauze which included triclosan was produced with the inclusion capability of HP β - CD. The properties of cotton gauze were measured. The results show that the tensile strength of cotton gauze is decreased after grafting but still meet the requirement of medical gauze. The antibacterial cotton gauze included (623.08±19.18) mg triclosan per kilogram. The release of triclosan of antibacterial cotton gauze can last 24 h in phosphate buffered saline(PBS) at 37 ℃. The antibacterial rate of antibacterial cotton gauze for Escherichia coli (E. coli) and Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) are(99.09±0.44) % and (99.51±0.36) % respectively.
