缺氧与ICU谵妄关系的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of the hypoxia and ICU delirium

目的：系统评价缺氧与ICU谵妄的相关性,为临床ICU谵妄的防治和护理提供依据。方法：检索中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、重庆维普（VIP）、万方、Pubmed和Elsevier数据库,查找有关缺氧与ICU谵妄相关性的病例-对照研究,检索时限均截止到2016年1月,并采用Stata 11.0软件进行Meta分析。结果：共12篇研究入选,总样本量2922,其中发生谵妄的病例组768例,未发生谵妄的对照组2154例,Meta分析显示缺氧是ICU谵妄的危险因素,其合并OR值为3.168（95%CI：1.860~5.396,P〈0.001）。结论：缺氧是ICU谵妄的高危因素之一,但该结论尚需进一步研究进行验证。

Objective： To investigate the relationship between hypoxia and incidence of delirium in intensive care unit（ ICU） through meta-analysis for nursing evidence to prevent the ICU delirium.Methods： Case-control studies on ICU delirium published up to January 2016 were initially searched from China National Knowledge Infrastructure（ CNKI）,VIP Database,Wangfang Med Online,Pub Med and Elsevier,and then the results were subjected to meta-analysis with software Stata（ version 11.0）.Results： A total of 12 articles were included.Of the 2922 cases,768 were involved in incidence of ICU delirium,and 2154 were free association（ control subjects）.Meta-analysis indicated that ICU delirium was associated with hypoxia,and pooled odds ratio（ OR）value was 3.168（ 95% CI 1.860-5.396; P〈0.001）.Conclusion： Although current evidences suggest that hypoxia is the risk factor for incidence of ICU delirium,yet this conclusion needs further verifying in following studies.
