输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术的护理体会

Nursing coordination with patients undergoing flexible ureterorenoscopy with holmium laser lithotripsy

目的:探讨输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术的护理配合情况及临床效果。方法:根据护理情况将60例行输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术患者分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),分别在围术期加强护理配合和给予一般护理,比较两组手术进展情况及临床护理效果。结果:两组患者均顺利完成手术,其中观察组平均住院时间短于对照组,患者术后康复情况(93.3%)和护理总满意度(93.3%)均高于对照组(73.3%、70.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术所用仪器较多,对手术护理配合要求较高,围术期加强护理的配合可确保手术顺利进行,更好地改善预后和提高患者满意度。

Objective： To assess the outcomes of nursing coordination with patients undergoing flexble ureterorenoscopy with holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods： Sixty patients undergoing flexble ureterorenoscopy with holmium laser lithotripsy were equally allocated to observational group and control group.The observational group received perioperative nursing coordination,and the control group were give mere conventional nursing procedures.Two groups were compared regarding the operation progress and clinical nursing effects.Results： The procedures were successfully completed in both groups,and the observational group had shorter mean hospital stay,better postoperative recovery and higher satisfaction with the nursing.The difference was significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Flexble ureterorenoscopy with holmium laser lithotripsy involves multiple instruments in operation and requires coordination with patients and nurses.Enhanced perioperative nursing coordination may ensure successful procedures,better recovery of patients and their satisfaction.
