物流企业与制造企业多边联动研究——基于供应链视角

Research on Multi-tier Interaction between Logistics Enterprise and Manufacturer——From Perspective of Supply Chain

物流企业与制造企业及其上下游企业多边联动,不仅能够改善制造企业供应链绩效,而且还能够促进物流产业的发展。文章运用了社会网络理论、企业资源理论和战略联盟理论,探讨了物流企业与制造企业及其上下游企业多边联动,不断改善制造企业供应链绩效的机理,并且构建了信任、信息共享对供应链绩效影响的概念模型,应用结构方程模型对189份有效调查问卷进行了数据分析和模型拟合。研究结果表明:物流企业的直接客户(制造企业)对物流企业的信任,将显著影响收货方对物流企业的信任;直接客户(制造企业)与物流企业信息共享的效果,必将影响收货方与物流企业信息共享的程度,进而对制造企业供应链绩效产生重要影响。

For logistics service providers, to enhance the relationship with manufacturers, two-tier supply chain members is not only critical for logistics industry to improve supply chain performance for further development, but also provides opportunities for manufacturing industry development and restructuring in China. The mechanism of multilateral interaction among the logistics company, manufacturers and up-down stream companies in the supply chain is discussed by applying social network, enterprise resource and strategic management theory. A conceptual model of relationship among trust, information sharing and supply chain performance is proposed. The data collected from 189 samples and structural equation model is used, and the model has been fitted and corrected. The result shows that the trust between manufacturers and logistics service providers will influence the trust between logistics enterprise and customer of manufacturers, as the receiving party. The information sharing degree of manufacturers and logistics enterprises will influence the information sharing between logistics enterprises and the receiving party with impact on supply chain performance.
