云平台企业制造资源动态优化配置策略分析 被引量:2

摘要 在云制造模式下,云制造服务中心可以成为企业众多剩余资源的新整合形式。基于此,文章从云制造服务平台的角度,结合云平台上所有企业收益情况,根据云制造平台资源实时的变化特性以及资源的产权关系,构建出云服务系统利润函数。以云制造模式下的资源动态优化配置问题作为研究对象,根据整个云服务系统总利润最大化的目标,构建出云制造模式下基于Pareto最优资源配置的动态模型,采用极大值原理来求解模型,得到云制造服务平台对各企业资源优化配置的Pareto最优战略,最后,以算例验证模型对方法的可行性进行求解。 From the perspective of cloud manufacturing services platform, combined with the entire corporate earnings situation on the cloud platform, cloud manufacturing platform resources in real-time change characteristics and resources. Based on property relations,a cloud system profit function is built. Resource Cloud Manufacturing and dynamic optimization configuration problem is the research object. According to the goal of maximizing total profits of the entire cloud service system, a dynamic model is established based on Pareto optimal allocation of resources under a cloud-manufacturing model. Finally, in order to validate the model to study the feasibility of solving methods, the maximum principle to solve the model to obtain Pareto optimal manufacturing strategy is used for cloud services platform to optimize the allocation of resources.
