不同利益分配方式对产学研联盟创新激励的影响

The Influence of Supply Chain Partnership's Compactness Makes on Different Ways of Profit Distribution

文章将产学研合作过程分为研发阶段和生产与商业化阶段,在固定支付方式、产出分享方式、混合方式三种不同的利益分配方案下,对产学研联盟间各成员的激励作用进行探讨。同时研究了基于完全契约和不完全契约的混合方式,利益分配方案的不同对联盟中成员的影响。研究表明,利益分配比例与学研方的努力程度系数和学研方的投入成正比,与企业方的投入成反比。从创新投入水平、利润分配及风险三个不同的角度分析,不同的利益分配方案会产生不同的激励作用。在不完全契约条件下的混合方式更能激励学研方和企业方进行创新投入。

Dividing the university-industry-institute cooperation process is into research-development and production-commercialization stage, researched in the incentive under three different kinds of interests which including fixed payment, output payment and mixed payment. Also, based on the fully mixed mode of contract and incomplete contract, profit distribution plan of the influence contain different members of the league. The study shows that the profit distribution proportion with research effort is directly proportional to the input coefficient, but with the enterprise party is inversely proportional to the input. From the level of innovational investment, profit distribution and risk analysis of three different points of view, different interests allocation will produce different incentive effect. Under the condition of incomplete contract of mixed mode can inspire more research for the enterprise and innovation investment.
