摘要
文章基于在华跨国公司子公司的数据,从网络视角出发,对来源于跨国公司内外部网络知识的特性以及对跨国公司知识转移绩效的影响进行了研究,通过采用回归分析方法以及问卷调查法,对在华跨国公司展开访谈及问卷调查进行数据采集。实证研究结果表明:外部网络知识多样性与跨国公司知识转移绩效之间呈倒U型曲线关系;而内部网络知识一致性抑制知识多样性对跨国公司知识转移绩效的影响。研究建议,跨国公司应该平衡从东道国所获取的知识与跨国公司内部知识的一致性程度,提高跨国公司知识多样性对知识转移绩效的正向影响作用,提高跨国公司知识转移绩效。
Based on data of multinational subsidiaries in China, from the perspective of the internal and external network, the knowledge characteristics of MNCs and impact on multinationals knowledge transfer performance are analyzed. The study used regression analysis and survey methods, and expanded interviews and questionnaires multinational companies in China to collect data. The empirical results showed an inverted U-shaped relationship between the external network diversity and Knowledge Transfer Performance, and the internal consistency of network knowledge can suppress the influence of knowledge diversity on Knowledge Transfer Performance. The article suggested MNCs should balance the degree of knowledge consistency of the host country to improve positive influence of the diversity knowledge impacting on transfer performance.
