卵巢癌患者疾病不确定感与信息需求、应对方式的相关性分析

Relationship among uncertainty in illness,information demand and coping style in patients with ovarian cancer

目的探讨卵巢癌患者疾病不确定感与信息需求、应对方式的相关性。方法采用疾病不确定感量表、癌症患者信息选择问卷、简易应对方式问卷对62例卵巢癌患者进行调查。结果患者的疾病不确定感得分为(101.24±12.83)分,其中91.94%的患者疾病不确定感处于中、高水平;患者的信息选择问卷得分为(40.45±8.05)分,积极应对得分为(1.49±0.43)分,消极应对得分为(2.01±0.70)分。疾病不确定感与信息需求、消极应对呈正相关(r=0.432,r=0.411),与积极应对呈负相关(r=-0.406)。结论卵巢癌患者的疾病不确定感水平普遍较高,满足患者的信息需求、指导患者采取积极的应对方式有助于减轻患者的疾病不确定感。

Objective To explore the relationship among the uncertainty in illness,information demand and coping style in patients with ovarian cancer.Methods Totally 62 patients with ovarian cancer were investigated using Mishel uncertainty in illness scale（MUIS）,information preference question for cancer patients（IPQCP）and simplified coping style questionnaire（SCSQ）.Results The total score of MUIS was（101.24±12.83）,with 91.94% patients at the middle or high level.The total score of IPQCP was（40.45±8.05）,with the score of the positive coping style of（1.49±0.43）and negative coping style of（2.01±0.70）.Information demand and negative coping style were positively related to uncertainty in illness（r=0.432,r=0.411）,positive coping style was negatively related to the uncertainty in illness（r=-0.406）.Conclusion Patients with ovarian cancer is of high level in uncertainty in illness and can be relieved by meeting the patients′information demand and improving their coping style.
