摘要
目的了解养老机构照护者对老年人态度现状,探讨其对老年人态度的主要影响因素。方法选取养老机构照护者200人,应用一般资料调查问卷和对老年人态度量表进行调查。结果对老年人态度总分为(152.12±19.74)分,高于中等水平且偏积极。影响对老年人态度的因素为婚姻状况、文化程度、工作单位性质、聘任方式、工作职位、工作年限、工作环境满意度、工作喜爱程度、有无护士资格证、有无养老护理员资格证。结论加强养老机构管理体制建设和运营改革的同时,还应重视养老护理知识和技能的多层次、多渠道培训,促进养老服务队伍持续稳定发展。
Objective To explore the attitude toward the elderly people of the caregivers in the pension agency,and explore its influencing factors.Methods Totally 120 caregivers in pension agencies were selected and surveyed using ageneral information table and Kogan's attitudes toward old people scale(KAOP).Results The score of the KAOP scale was 152.12±19.74,above the medium level and tending to be positive.The influencing factors were found to be the marital status,education,nature of working unit,types of employment,work seniority and position,working environment,love of work and whether having the nursing certificate and senior care certificate.Conclusion Multi-level and multi-channel training on senior nursing knowledge and skills should be conducted to promote the steady development of senior nursing,in addition to strengthening the management system and operating mechanism of pension institutions.
