摘要
以6063铝合金型材作为研究对象,采用氟碳粉末喷涂代替传统液态氟碳喷涂的方法,通过对喷涂时铝型材运行速度和涂层固化温度的控制,获得了性能良好的氟碳涂层。
The paper studied 6063 aluminum profile using fluorocarbon powder coating instead of conventional liquid fluorocarbonbased coating; it pointed out that high performance fluorocarbon coating could be available by the control of profile running speed and solidification temperature during coating.
