Regulations of Heating Control for 6m Coke Oven during Low Capacity Running in Bayi Steel

This paper mainly introduces some heating management regulations of 6m coke oven of Bayi steel under long coking time. Through the reasonable arrangement discharging plan, strengthen the coke oven furnace body maintenance,determine the standard temperature under different turnaround time, take effective measures to adjust coke end temperature, horizontal temperature, longitudinal temperature and many more heating cycle etc. The production mode of ensure all thermal technical index of coke oven have been achieved under the long coking time and low standard temperature.
