摘要
文章阐述了针对新疆优质焦煤资源储量少、分布散,采购疆外焦煤炼焦成本高的情况,八钢自2014年开展了提高疆内焦煤配加比例的降本增效攻关。通过实施新煤种开发利用、小焦炉实验、工业试验、生产配比调整、焦化工艺优化等措施,逐步提高疆内焦煤配加比例。八钢炼焦配加疆外煤配比从60%最低降至0,基本稳定在10%,其中山西焦煤由30%至目前停止配加,八钢焦炉充分利用了疆内煤资源,从而降低了炼铁成本。
In view of the high quality coking coal reserves less and scattered distribution in Xinjiang, high coking cost for purchasing coking coal from outside Xinjiang, the research of reducing cost to increase benefit by improving the coking coal of Xinjiang adding proportion have also been carried out in Bayi steel since 2014. Through development and utilization the new coal, coke oven experiment, industrial test and production ratio adjustment, coking process optimization measures to gradually improve the proportion of coking coal of Xinjiang,the coal ratio from 60% down to zero, the basic can be stable at 10%, the Shanxi coking coal by 30% to stop with addition, the coking coal resources of Xinjiang can be fully used in coke oven of Bayi steel and then to reduce the cost of ironmaking.
