摘要
配矿作为炼铁工艺操作重要手段,影响着烧结及高炉工序的生产。文章介绍了针对八钢进厂铁精粉来源种类多、质量参差不齐,某些单个矿体储量低、原矿品位低,同时有害元素含量差异大、球团矿供应紧张、炼铁配矿难度大等状况,通过在烧结及高炉开展配矿优化,有效利用了疆内铁料,确保环保达标,同时铁前成本得到改善。
As an important means to ironmaking process operations, ore matching affect the sintering and the BF production process. This paper introduces the source of iron ore concentrate into Bayi steel plant: iron essence pink variety and the variable quality, for some single low ore reserves and lower ore grade, and variation in difference of harmful element content. Also, pellets tight supply situation and difficult to iron ore matching, etc. through optimization ore matching at he sintering process and BF process, effective utilization of the iron material in Xinjiang, ensure that environmental protection standards, so as to reduce the iron making cost.
