摘要
文章介绍了应用三维湍流流动的数学模型及计算机模拟技术,对八钢十机十流小方坯连铸中间包流场和温度场进行的数值模拟研究。通过研究找出最优的中间包内部控流结构,提高钢液在中间包内的平均停留时间,减少各流间出口钢水温差。优化后的方案在42Cr Mo A钢的生产实践中取得了良好效果。
In the research, the flow fields and temperature distribution of molten steel 10-strand tundish in Bayi Steel were investigated by mathematical simulation. The condition of flow of steel in the tundish with different baffles perform a vital role in lengthening the residence time of steel and decreasing temperature difference between all tundish outlets. On this basis, presenting some optimization programs for the tundish's construction. The best optimization program in production practice of the 42 Cr Mo A steel has achieved good results.
