深水钻井用水上防喷器设计

摘要 水上防喷器(SBOP)系统相对于水下防喷器系统,具有对平台性能要求低、作业成本低、检测和维修方便等优点,得到越来越广泛的应用。针对SBOP相对于陆地防喷器的特殊性,提出了在SBOP设计过程中,应进行法兰承载能力的评估,满足特定平台对拉力、弯矩和内压组合载荷工况的要求;由于海上环境的特殊性,应提高金属构件的耐腐蚀能力;针对平台作业使用钻杆的要求,剪切闸板应满足高等级钻杆剪切的要求,满足带压剪切和偏离中心钻杆剪切的要求。 The SBOP has more advantages than subsea drilling system,including lowering capacity derrick facility,lowering well and field-development costs.It facilitates the testing and maintaining.SBOP has received more and more applications.Some advices for SBOP design are brought forward in this paper.Firsly,flange shall provid the capacity under combination of loading,pressure,tension,and bending moments.Secondly,because of the particularity of sea,corrosion resistent of metal components shall be developed.Finally,for application of pipe in offshore drilling conditions,shear-ram could shear hiher-strength pipe and shall shear pipe under pressure and offset-center pipe.
