摘要
滚筒是绞车中的关键零部件,其可靠性关系到整个绞车的可靠性。讨论了滚筒有限元分析时载荷的处理形式;引入欧拉公式分析了钢丝绳拉力的衰减状况。将钢丝绳对滚筒的压力以按缠绕圈数逐圈递减的形式,施加在滚筒绳槽表面进行了滚筒的强度分析。滚筒的强度和刚度都满足使用要求。
The drum is one of the pivotal parts in the drawworks,and the reliability of which influences the entire drawworks＇ reliability.The loads process form is mainly discussed.Attenuation of wire rope tension is analyzed by using Euler＇s formula,and the declining press is applied on the rope groove to analyze the drum strength.
