粒子射流冲击破岩试验装置研制

摘要 粒子射流冲击钻井技术是利用高速金属粒子和流体联合冲击破岩为主,机械破岩为辅的一种破岩工艺,是提高坚硬、高研磨岩层进尺速度的一种有效手段。针对该破岩工艺技术,研制了一套能够模拟粒子射流冲击破岩的室内试验装置。该装置主要由高压泥浆泵、粒子掺入装置、模拟顶驱、模拟井底、水循环系统和安全保障系统组成,能够实现粒子按比例掺入、冲击破岩、粒子回收和破岩过程数据监控等功能;能够完成射流速度、粒子体积、粒子掺入比例、冲击标靶距离和射流角度对破岩效率和破岩效果的试验研究。 Particle jet impact drilling technology is a kind of rock fragmentation process,that highspeed metal particles and fluid were given priority to be used to jointly break rock,and mechanical tools were supplemented.It is an effective means to improve the penetration rate of high rigid and high grinding strata.On the basis of the rock fragmentation process technology,a set of indoor test device was developed to simulate particles jet impinging on rock.The test device is mainly composed of high pressure mud pump power,particle mixing device,the simulation of top drive bottom hole,water cycle system and security system,which can achieve the functions of particle mixed in proportion,impinging on rock,particles recycling rock fragmentation process data monitoring,and complete the jet velocity,particle size,particle mixing proportion,impact the target distance and the jet angle on the rock fragmentation efficiency and effect.
