摘要
为提高智能钻井工具工作性能及技术服务质量、缩短维修和测试时间,研制了一种对工具导向执行机构进行注油检测的装置。在分析智能钻井工具导向执行机构工作原理的基础上,设计了注油检测台。针对不同系列的工具,可完全模拟导向执行机构的工作过程。通过注油油路和回油油路上设置的注油嘴和回油嘴与导向执行机构连接,对其进行注油检测。用注油检测台对导向执行机构进行注油检测,结果表明,该注油检测台能够在导向执行机构液压部件装入工具前,对各部件的性能进行检测;液压部件装入工具后,对工具的导向执行机构进行注油、排气,确保导向执行机构产生稳定的液压推力,提高工具的稳定性。
In order to reduce the repairing and testing time and to improve the working performance and the technical service quality of the intelligent drilling tool,an oil filling and testing equipment for the steering executive unit was developed.The testing bench and the oil way were designed on the basis of analyzing the working principle of the unit.According to different series of intelligent drilling tools,removable pedestals equipped with oil inlet and oil outlet were designed for the components' fixation.The oil inlet and oil outlet of every pedestal are connected by the hydraulic pipeline.By this way the test bench can completely simulate the functions of the tool's hydraulic system.The hydraulic circuit layout includes oil-filling-way and scavenge-oil-way which is connected by oil-filling-nozzle and scavenge-oil-nozzle independently.The hydraulic circuit is used for the oil filling and testing of the hydraulic system.The result shows that,the equipment meets the design requirement.Before assembling the performance of all hydraulic parts can be tested and the oil filling and venting procedure for the tool can be performed after the parts assembly.Thus the stable hydraulic thrust can be generated and the working stability of the tool can be improved.
