出砂井分注管柱研究及应用

Separate Layer Water Injection String Research and Application in Sandy Well

摘要 地层砂易造成分注管柱洗井通道堵塞,影响正常洗井作业和测试调配,甚至导致管柱冲检失败,造成大修;地层出砂后套管外地应力平衡状态被破坏,增加了套管变形几率。提出了Y341型+K344型封隔器组合小直径分注管柱,增大了管柱洗井通道,管柱不易沉砂,成倍降低了管柱的解封载荷,安全性和可靠性大幅提高;且适应一般及微变形井的分注,扩大了管柱的适用范围,延长了有效期。研制了2种105mm小直径分注工具,承压能力达到35 MPa,满足一般及轻微套变井高压分注需求,现场应用取得良好效果。 Separate injection in sandy well has become an important factor for water injection wells development.One hand,formation sand is easy to jam backwashing channel,impacting normal well flushing injection and test modification,even causing the failure of string check or overhaul.On the other hand,balance of stress equilibrium outside the casing is broken when the formation produce sand,which greatly increase the chance of casing deformation and put forward a higher requirement on the injection tools.For these reasons,we invented Y341+K344combined packers and small diameter separate injection string.One hand,it increased the flushing channel and is not easy to deposit sand of the string,lowering releasing force of the string multiple,which significantly improving security and reliability.On the other hand,it's adapted to the separate injection wells with ordinary and slight casing deformation wells,enlarged the range of application and extended valid period.Two kinds of relevant minor diameter which reaching 35 MPa pressure bearing capacity were invented,meeting the high-pressure separate injection requirement of ordinary and slight casing deformation wells,this separate layer water injection string has been successfully applied and achieved good results.
