摘要
从全寿命周期的角度来看,绿色建筑和普通建筑的成本相比差距不大,但是绿色建筑的社会效益巨大,消费者的超额支出在使用过程中可以回收。通过对江苏某住宅小区建筑节能设计方案与未考虑节能的方案成本进行比较发现,实现建筑节能目标和实现全生命周期建筑成本控制目标可以取得一致效果。
The cost gap between the green building and the ordinary building is not big from the viewpoint of the whole life cycle, but the green building has huge social benefits. Consumers will recycle the extra-investment in using the green building. The cost of building energy efficiency design of a residential community is compared with the building without energy-saving consideration in Jiangsu, the conclusion shows energy-saving design will achieve consistent results in realizing building energy efficiency and full life cycle construction cost control.
