摘要 目的利用ROC曲线确定PSA(前列腺特异性抗原)诊断女性乳腺癌的最佳临界点。方法女性乳腺癌组61例,女性乳腺良性疾病组108例,女性正常对照组30例,均在西门子全自动化学发光仪上测定静脉血清PSA浓度。结果曲线下面积为0.932(P<0.001),根据ROC确定诊断临界值为0.030,该点处灵敏度为82.0%,特异性为87.7%。结论血清PSA浓度检测可以作为女性乳腺癌一个有用辅助检测指标。 Objective To determine the optimal cut-off point of PSA in diagnosis female patients with breast cancer by receive operating characteristic( ROC) curve. Methods The breast cancer group consisted of 61 hospitalized female patients. The benign breast disease group consisted of 108 hospitalized female patients.The control group consisted of 30 healthy females,who were randomly chosen through physical examination.Intravenous blood was collected for PSA test. SIEMENS Fully Automatic Chemiluminescence Analyzer was used for PSA testing. Results The area under the ROC curve was 0. 932 which was significantly higher when compared with control group( P 〈 0. 001). The optimal cut-off point was 0. 0305. The sensitivity was 0. 820 and the specificity was 0. 877. Conclusion PSA detection by concentration can be used as auxiliary diagnostic marker for female breast cancer.
