摘要
目的按照PDCA质量管理的方法,从管理和技术上提高分析前标本合格率。方法随机调取干预前2013年3月和干预后2014年3月各300份标本,对标本和申请信息进行逐一核对,对各类质量缺陷进行归类统计对比。结果通过实施干预措施,标本采集到送检TAT符合率从原来达标率33%提高到了现在的83%,申请医生信息填写完整率、患者准备的符合率、抗凝符合率、采血体位正确率、采血部位正确率、标本量达标率、原始信息录入准确率均达到了90%以上,标本拒收率也从41%下降到6%。结论培训、沟通、提高医技护工的分析前质量管理意识、完善计算机信息系统功能、封闭分析前各交接环节的接口点等措施是提高分析前质量的可靠有效方法。
Objective Study of application of PDCA method of quality management in improved qualified specimen rate in preanalytical phase through the management and technology. Methods Three hundred specimens before and after the intervention were selected,information on requisition,specimen quality and defects was checked and analyzed. Results Through the implementation of intervention measurements,coincidence rate of TAT was increased from 33% to 83%. Patient information integrity,the accuracy of patient preparation,anticoagulant coincidence rate and blood specimen success rate were achieved more than90%. The specimen rejection rate fell from 41% to 6%. Conclusion Training,communication,quality management consciousness of medical workers,computer information system and closed transition steps are the reliable ways to improve the quality of preanalytical phase.
