摘要
采用溶剂热法制备ZnO/竹炭复合材料。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、傅立叶变换红外(FT-IR)光谱、光致发光(PL)谱等技术对制备的光催化剂进行表征。以甲基橙为偶氮染料模型,研究二乙烯三胺(DETA)添加量(V)、焙烧温度(T)及循环次数(n)对ZnO/竹炭复合材料光催化降解甲基橙性能的影响。其实验结果表明:采用溶剂热法在竹炭表面负载的ZnO颗粒连续均匀。实验条件VDETA=600μL,焙烧温度T=400℃,ZnO的光生电子和空穴复合率相对较低,该条件下制备的ZnO/竹炭复合材料紫外光照后对甲基橙的降解率可达到97.9%,循环三次后对甲基橙的光降解率仍保持在94%以上。
ZnO/Bamboo Charcoal (BC ) composite was prepared by solvothermal method. The prepared photocatalyst was characterized by X-ray Diffraction (XRD),Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM),Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR)spectroscopy and photoluminescence (PL)spectroscopy.The effects of additive amount (V)of diethylenetriamine (DETA),calcination temperature (T)and cycle index (n)on photocatalytic degradation property of ZnO/bamboo charcoal composite on methyl orange were investigated.The results indicate that the ZnO particles loaded on the BC with solvothermal method are continuous and uniform.Photo-induced electron and hole composite ratio of ZnO are relatively low under such conditions as VDETA=600 μL and calcination temperature T=400 ℃.ZnO/BC composite prepared under such conditions can reach 97.9% degradation rate for methyl orange after UV-irradiation.After three cycles,degradation rate for methyl orange still keeps 94% and above.
