氧化石墨烯/聚乙烯醇层层自组装提高聚乳酸薄膜阻隔性能 被引量:2

Improving Barrier Properties of PLA Film by Layer-by-Layer Self-assembly of Graphene Oxide/Polyvinyl Alcohol

摘要 用改进的Hummers法制备了氧化石墨烯(GO),采用GO和聚乙烯醇(PVA),通过层层自组装法在聚乳酸(PLA)薄膜表面制备了(GO/PVA)n多层结构,通过接触角测试、原子力显微镜(AFM)对(GO/PVA)nPLA薄膜结构进行表征,利用紫外光谱跟踪PLA薄膜层层自组装过程,并测试和分析组装PLA薄膜的氧气阻隔性能和水汽阻隔性能。实验结果表明:GO和PVA在PLA薄膜表面实现了层层自组装,组装PLA薄膜的氧气阻隔性能提高较大,水汽阻隔性能也得到了一定提高。 Graphene oxide (GO)was prepared by modified Hummers method.A multilayer GO/PVA structure on the polylactic acid (PLA)film were prepared by layer-by-layer self-assembly method with the GO and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA).(GO/PVA)nPLA film was characterized by contact angle test and atomic force microscope (AFM).UV spectrum was applied to track layer-by-layer self-assembly process of PLA film,and oxygen barrier properties and moisture barrier properties of assembled PLA film were tested and analyzed.The results demonstrate GO and PVA achieve layer-by-layer self-assembly on the surface of PLA film;oxygen barrier properties of assembled PLA film improve greatly,and moisture barrier properties also improve.
