履带车辆传动系统圆柱齿轮齿宽设计方法研究

摘要 军用履带车辆传动系统因其换挡操作频繁、运行环境恶劣、战技指标苛刻,决定了齿轮需要在有限寿命下可靠传递转速和转矩,而齿轮齿宽是影响传动功率密度的主要因素之一。以军用履带车辆圆柱传动齿轮设计为依托,以满足强度和寿命为基础,以符合可靠度要求为准则,对圆柱齿轮表面接触应力和齿根弯曲应力进行分析,在有限寿命的前提下,从齿轮承载能力的角度,探索了同时满足齿轮齿面接触强度最大值σ_(max)小于许用接触σ_(HP)和轮齿弯曲强度σ_(F)小于许用齿根应力σ_(FP)的齿宽设计方法,并结合工程应用,给出具体实例,具有一定实用价值。 The transmission system in military tracked vehicles, because of their frequent gear operations, demanding environment, rigorous tactical and technical indices, requires reliable delivery of revolution speed and torque in a limited life cycle, yet the gear tooth width is one of the main factors that influence transmission power density.The design of caterpillar circular driven gear is set as research object, the life cycle and strength as primary consideration, The requirement for reliability as criterion, the contact stress and tooth root bending stress on the suface of cylindrical gear is analyzed. And in the premise of gear finite lifetime, the authors have also explored the design methods of tooth width with the hope to meet with both contact strength of gear surface σmax less than the allowable contact stress σHp, meanwhile bending strength of gear σF less than the allowable tooth root stressσFP, and have given the specific examples of engineering application, which produces certain practical value.
