摘要
TRIZ理论自诞生以来受到各国设计人员青睐,其在分析、解决问题及消除设计矛盾方面具有独特的优势。设计人员通过定义矛盾参数,然后寻找若干个标准解,利用创新原理和分离原理来加以分析、消解矛盾,从而找出解决方案。但TRIZ理论是发散性的启发式设计方法,只是给设计者一些设计思路、设计方向,利用自己的经验会产生很多的解决方案,不能直接找出这些方案中的最优方案,我们可以引进并行设计中的公理化设计方法,通过公理化设计对TRIZ理论产生的方案加以分析,从而找出其中最优或者接近最优的方案,通过本方法在35k V开关柜设计中的成功应用,解决了困扰开关柜设计者的柜体绝缘距离问题,从而验证了该方法的可行性。
It's favored by designers of various countries since the dish of TRIZ, it has unique advantage in analyzing,solving problems and eliminating contradictory of design. Designers define contradictions and find a number of standard solutions ,then they can find solutions by the innovative principles and separation principles.But TRIZ theory is a divergent heuristic design method, it only gives the designers some design ideas and design direction, they get a lot of solutions by their own experience, they can't directly identify the optimal solution,so we can utilize axiomatic design method, we can analysis the schemes produced by TRIZ and find out the optimal solution or near optimal solution.It has been successfully applied in the design of the 35kV switchgear and solved the insulation distance problem that plagued designers,it verified the feasibility of the approach.
