摘要
针对影响高速列车齿轮箱轴向双边直通式迷宫密封性能的空腔参数如宽度与深度,利用FLUENT软件仿真计算迷宫密封的内部流场与泄漏量,分析迷宫密封矩形空腔的最佳深宽比,研究不同压比、节流间隙宽度对最佳深宽比的影响规律。研究结果表明:迷宫密封的泄漏量随着空腔宽度的增大而减小;双边直通式迷宫密封的矩形空腔最佳深宽比为0.3,最佳深宽比与压差和节流间隙宽度无关。当压差过大或者节流间隙宽度过小,最佳深宽比对提高密封性能的作用不明显。
The internal flow and leakage loss of the straight-through labyrinth seals with bilateral rectangular cavities in highspeed railway gearbox under the cavity parameters, such as cavity width and cavity depth, were studied by using FLUENT software. The best ratio of the cavity depth and width on the labyrinth seals was analyzed and the influence of pressure ratio and the clearance width to the best ratio of the cavity depth and width were also analyzed~ The results showed that the leakage of labyrinth seal decreased with the increase of the cavity width. The best ratio of the cavity depth and width on the straight- through rectangular cavity labyrinth seals was 0.3, independent of the pressure ratio and the clearance width. When the pressure ratio was too great or the clearance width was too small, the best ratio of the cavity depth and width had litter effect on improving sealing performance.
