摘要
目的探究X线、超声技术及磁共振等3种影像学技术在乳腺癌早期诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院2014年5月至2016年5月收治的48例乳腺癌患者参与研究,分别行X线检查、超声检查以及磁共振检查,对比3种检查方式对乳腺癌病灶的检查准确率,通过受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)对其应用价值进行评价。结果本组患者经过病理学检查共发现56个病灶,其中磁共振对乳腺癌病灶的检查准确率优于X线和超声,且磁共振检查特异度显著优于X线和超声,组间数据经过统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);X线与超声在乳腺癌病灶的诊断准确率以及特异性方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 3种影像学检查方式均是乳腺癌早期诊断的常用方案,均具有不可取代的作用,其中磁共振诊断效果相对较好。
Objective To explore application value of the three imaging technology on X-ray, ultrasound and magnetic resonance (NMR) in early diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods The research collected our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were involved in 48 cases of breast cancer patients. Respectively, the group of patients with X-ray, ultrasound, and magnetic resonance imaging, comparison of three methods for checking to check the accuracy of breast lesions, by ROC to evaluate its applied value. Results After pathological examination were found of 56 patients with lesions, in-cluding magnetic resonance (NMR) to check the accuracy of breast lesions was superior to X-ray and ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging and the specific degree was significantly superior to X-ray and ultrasound, between groups data through statistical analysis, significant difference (P〈0.05); X-ray and ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast lesions accuracy and specificity, there was no significant difference between groups after data difference through statistical analysis (P〉0.05), the difference no exist. Conclusion The three imaging methods are commonly used in early diagnosis of breast cancer, have the effect that cannot replace, including magnetic resonance diagnosis effect is relatively good.
