初治鼻咽癌患者外周血CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞变化及其临床意义 被引量：1

摘要 在很多头颈部肿瘤中存在较多种类的免疫抑制因子,这类因子的含量变化可以作为肿瘤细胞的预后观察指标,从而为确定患者的临床治疗方案提供依据. 而最近的医学研究发现, 在肿瘤患者中具有免疫调节功能的CD4＋CD25＋T细胞除了能够抑制自身的免疫性细胞外,还能够对肿瘤细胞起到免疫调节作用. 本研究以我院所选取的50例初诊鼻咽癌患者进行了临床探究,现将报告如下.
