胆碱能被瘤胃内的微生物大量降解进而减弱其生物学功能,因此采用过瘤胃技术使胆碱在奶牛产后出现的能量负平衡状态、脂肪肝和酮病等疾病方面发挥作用,进而改善奶牛机体健康和提高产奶量。文章介绍了氯化胆碱理化性质、来源、包被技术及其在奶牛生产中的研究与应用。

Large number of biological functions of choline could be diminished by the degradation of rumen mi- croorganisms. So the rumen protected choline can prevent postpartum energy negative balance of dairy cows, fatty liv- er and ketosis, and improving the health and milk production of dairy cattle. This paper reviewed the physical and chemical properties, sources, coating technology and its progress in the research and application of milk production for choline chloride.
