摘要
试验旨在开发出一套稳定成熟的屎肠球菌制备工艺,以活菌收率为指标,进行离心、喷雾干燥和包衣工艺的优化。试验结果表明,屎肠球菌的最佳离心工艺为离心转速5 000 r·min-1,离心时间10 min;最佳干燥载体为糊精;喷雾干燥的工艺为进风130℃,出风70℃;包衣的包材选择为1%海藻糖。试验通过离心工艺、喷雾干燥工艺和包衣工艺的优化,开发出一套稳定的屎肠球菌制备工艺。
This study aimed to develop a stable and mature preparation process ing bacterium yield as the index and the test optimizd the spray drying process, ten cess. The result showed that the best centrifugal process was centrifugation speed 5 of Enterococcusfaecium. The liv- trifugal process and coating pro- 000 r·min-1, centrifugation time 10 min, the best drying carrier was dextrin. The process of spray drying was as follows: inlet air 130 ℃, outlet air 70 ℃, coating material package 1% trehalose. We could developed a stable excrement enterocoecus preparation process through the way of optimization the spray drying processcoating and centrifugal process.
