轨枕型框架式整体轨道衡,放弃原有轨道衡设计思路,将轨枕型框与轨道衡结合为一整体。钢结构框架的加强梁分布按国家铁道部标准的间距进行设计分布,可替代轨道枕木,直接安装于轨枕碎石道床基础上,不须土建基础工作。同时,轨道衡能够整体移动,在使用过程中无需再铺设路轨和枕木,大大减少了安装施工周期,生产成本降低。轨枕型框架式整体轨道衡,适用于冶金、矿山、港口等大型厂矿及铁路场站的轨道列车货物的称重计量。
