To effectively solve the problem of large-scale patients＇ evacuation in wartime and emergency situation,after analyzing the demands of evacuation,the paper analyzes the service demand and feasibility of refitting large civil passenger cars into evacuation cars on the base of research status at home and abroad,and puts forward corresponding refitting methods and countermeasures.
