摘要 为推进军事逆向物流的顺利实施和发展,对逆向物流阻碍因素国内外研究现状以及军事逆向物流发展现状进行分析,根据我军实际构建军事逆向物流阻碍因素评价指标体系。应用层次分析法求出阻碍因素的权重,为消除阻碍因素之间的相互影响,运用Dematel方法对层次分析法求出的权重进行修改优化,最终得出科学合理的军事逆向物流阻碍因素排序结果。 To promote the implementation and development of military reverse logistics smoothly,the paper analyzes the research status of reverse logistics restraining factors at home and abroad and the developing situation in the army,and establishes an evaluation index system of military reverse logistics according to actual situation of our army. It obtains the weight of the restraining factors with AHP( analytic hierarchy process) and modifies the weight with Dematel method to eliminate mutual effect between restraining factors,and gains a scientific and reasonable rank result of military reverse logistics restraining factors.
