Intensifying joint projection command is a new growth point and an important way for constructing joint project ability in our army. The paper analyzes the characteristics of centralization and unification,fast and accuracy,and emergency response,and indicates that we should build joint projection command institution,define the authority scope of command institutions at all levels,deal with the relationship between operational command institution and joint projection command institution,and formulate relevant regulations about joint projection command. It also discusses command methods,transportation arrangement and scheduling command.
