妊娠期合并急性胰腺炎的诊治进展

Progress in diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis in pregnancy

妊娠期急性胰腺炎（APIP）是一种严重威胁孕产妇生命安全的疾病,主要发生在妊娠中晚期阶段,其总体发病率较低,约在1/10 000-1/1 000之间。APIP具有发病急、进展快、并发症多、病死率高等特点,病情极为凶险,一旦发病所致孕产妇病死率及围生儿病死率约为20%-50%。近年来,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,饮食结构也随之发生了巨大变化,尤其是孕期高热量、高脂性食物摄取增多,导致APIP的发病率呈逐年增高的趋势。现就目前临床工作中对APIP的最新诊治进展做一综述。

Acute pancreatitis in pregnancy doesn＇t have a high clinical incidence rate, but it is extremely dangerous once occured with characteristics of acute onset, multiple complications and high mortality. It is a serious threat to the health of mother and infant. So, it is significant to improve the early diagnosis rate of the disease and give appropriate treatment in time ,for reducing the mortality rate of maternal and infant. In this paper,we will discuss the causes, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of the disease in recent years to improve the understanding of this disease and to reduce the misdiagnosis rate, further reduce maternal and perinatal mortality.
